You will be responsible for design and development of features for our open marketplace. This requires a fast and reliable user experience and interface along with well designed backend architecture. Responsibilities

• Design client-side and server-side architecture for a website that will scale to million-order page count
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Develop and maintain well-functioning data models and applications
• Design and develop REST, GraphQL and WebSocket APIs
• Participate software delivery and debug through the different environments when needed
• Ensure that non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability) are being considered when architecting solutions

Proficiencies

• BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience (Math and Physics degrees with equivalent experience are also welcome),
• Proven experience in full stack web development of a client-facing product
• Pixel-perfect HTML and CSS knowledge
• Strong knowledge of React, preferably with experience of Next.js
• Proficiency with node.js and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of relational and document databases and key-value stores, namely MongoDB, familiarity with modern database technologies and experience with an ORM
• Experience with containerization using Docker, container registries and have deployment experience on any popular cloud providers
• Have an interest in CI/CD
